Procurement Mechanism (PPM) aiming at ensuring a cost effective and efficient procurement process. This service provides support to countries to resolve some of the procurement bottlenecks and facilitate a more timely access to pharmaceuticals
and health products. PFSCM is one of the two procurement service agents which have been selected by the Global Fund to provide procurement service to countries that elect to participate in the PPM service funded by the Global Fund.
